hmm, while yes, md5summer does put junk in the header (two lines starting with # that is a date / time stamp and an ad link to md5summer.com) that should not and does not trip the archive's md5 checkker to fail. it only tripps up mkwACT's md5 summer check. .. if the md5 is failing, regardless if it is flac or shn, re-que the entire fileset and maybe the one file that didn't fully upload will finish out and be set. just hit 'mark resolved' when you're done uploading and it will re-que the show to be md5 checked.
